Application Process

We are currently accepting applications for K-8th grade and gathering interest for high school classes.

STEP 1: Complete an application (Fillable PDF) and submit to admin@fountainheadfarms.com

STEP 2: Dependent on class availability, a family interview and tour will be scheduled.

STEP 3: Complete an assessment to determine appropriate entry level.

We do not use a waitlist system. Enrollment is open December–March for the upcoming program year. If a family does not secure enrollment during that window, they are welcome to re‑apply the following year.

Assessment Booking

Participation in an assessment does not guarantee placement.Assessments help us understand each student’s readiness and fit for our program, but final enrollment decisions depend on space availability, developmental readiness, and overall program balance.
